Oncology drug company raised $600,000 via private placement

OnKure, Inc. successfully completed its equity offering, placing $600,000 with  two investors. This is the second US private placement done by the company since 2011. This brings to $1.1 million the estimated amount raised via privately placed non-brokered equity issuance.
