Desktop application visibility software developer raises $675,000 in equity


FSlogix, Inc. successfully offered 68% of its $1,000,000 non-brokered equity offering. Eight investors subscribed to a total of $675,000. The company expects to raise an additional $325,000 to close the offering within a year. This is the first known offering initiated by the company on the US private placement market.

The company developed a new technology for desktop application (app) visibility. FSLogix Apps is a software agent installed on each client PC. Applications may be revealed or removed according to IT policy or administrator, regardless of whether they are virtual applications (VDI, Citrix or RDS) or physical desktop installations. The goal being to provide ease, flexibility and control in deploying applications for individual users, groups and departments.

The company, headquartered in Suwanee GA, was founded in 2012 and is led by Kevin Goodman (Founder and CEO).
The board of directors and executive team includes Randy Cook (Founder and CTO), Jeremy Hurren (Founder and Engineer), Brian Mann (Founder and Engineer) and Greg Cook.
