Mobile network performance analytics app initiated a first close on its debt offering


A first close of $218,000 was initiated by Mobile Pulse on its fundraising effort started last month. 22% of the $1 million non-brokered debt offering was placed with four investors. The private placement will remain open for a year while an additional $782,000 is raised by the company. The company closed four private placements which raised an estimated $3.75 million.

Mobile pulse is a mobile performance analytics company that provides enterprises with a picture of their mobile broadband networks as experienced by end user. The Mobile Pulse solution provides insight on the mobile network enabling enterprise and government IT executives to increase the effectiveness and reduce the cost of their mobile deployments. The application (app) is downloaded on mobile devices and information is collected to measure connectivity, performance and coverage. The app is available for all major operating systems.

Andrew Macfarlane (President & CEO) leads the Denver CO based company which was registered in 2011. Revenues on or below $1 million were reported by Mobile Pulse for the latest fiscal year. The executive team includes Andrew Macfarlane. The board of directors includes Christine Ekman, Scott Chandler, Robert Mckenzie and Sidney Gorham.
