Chef Biju is in the market with a $300,000 equity financing round

Little Curry Shop expects to sell $300,000 worth of equity to investors in a non-brokered financing round. The equity offered hasn’t been subscribed yet by investors. Based on the information disclosed, the $300,000 offering is structured to remain open until April 2015 or when the fundraising cap is reached, whichever one comes first. This is the first time the company is filling a security offering under a registration exemption with the SEC.

It seems Chef Biju (AKA Biju Thomas) a cyclist enthusiast and co-author of the “The Feed Zone Cookbook: Fast and Flavorful Food for Athletes” and “Feed Zone Portables: A cookbook of On-the-go Food for Athletes”, is going to open a restaurant. Mr. Thomas has been the Chef for the BMC Pro Cycling Team during the 2013 race season. He is also Chef for the Dempsey/Del Piero Racing, a Grand-Am and Le Mans team.

The company, headquartered in Denver CO, was registered this year. Revenues were not disclosed.
The executive team includes Biju Thomas.
