A first close of $500,000 was initiated by TreeHouse on its $700,000 equity offering. So far nineteen investors committed to the non-brokered placement which started a little over a week ago. Based on the offering’s structure, the company has until May 2015 to raise an extra $200,000. Two previous unregistered financing rounds raised an estimated $8.85 million.
